The little girl siting on the turtles head is holding on to 3 multi-coloured balloons. The colour fall  balloons float hi above the rough ocean trying to fly away. Standing on the hard shell of a giant turtle the large elephant has a big city on his back. A helicopter shines its light on the green tree.
